Our Story | Fete 'Til Dawn

This is Our Story.

Two islands. One city. One cup at a time.

Born From An Island State of Mind

Fete 'Til Dawn didn't start with a business plan. It started with a feeling, the feeling you get when the music is right, the people are good, and someone puts a perfect cup of coffee in your hand.

That feeling is Trinidad & Tobago. It's the island where the steelpan was born, where Carnival shakes the whole country awake, where a “lime” isn't a fruit, it's a way of life. It's where coffee has been grown for centuries and where every gathering, big or small, is treated like a celebration worth showing up for.

“We didn't just want to sell coffee. We wanted to bottle the feeling of being home and share it with everyone who's ever felt the pull of the islands.”

We carry that spirit from Port of Spain to the streets of New Orleans two cities that know how to celebrate, how to feed people well, and how to build community from the ground up.

What We Stand For

We believe coffee should do more than wake you up. It should connect you to a place, a memory, a people. Every roast we craft is an invitation into the culture, warmth, and unapologetic joy of T&T.

We source with intention, roast with care, and show up for our community at farmers markets, at local events, at every pop-up where someone takes their first sip and asks, “Wait" what is this?”

That's the moment we live for. That's fete.

A Note From The Founder

I started this brand because I wanted to bring something real something that tasted like where I came from and felt like where I belonged. New Orleans gave me the space to build it. Trinidad & Tobago gave me everything else.

Fete 'Til Dawn is for the ones who celebrate boldly. Who wake up early not because they have to, but because they want to be first. Who carry their culture with them everywhere they go and aren't afraid to let it pour out.

This coffee is for you. This fete is for you. Welcome to the island wherever you are.
