Barista / Cashier – Storefront (2 openings)

Type: Part-time or full-time | Pay: $15/hour | Hours: Shifts between 6am and 5pm

You're the first face our guests see and the hands behind every cup. You'll craft our espresso drinks, drip coffee, loose leaf teas, matcha, Island Sips like sorrel and peanut punch, and blended frappés, while keeping the line moving and the vibe high.

What you'll do

• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to our recipes and quality standards
• Take orders and payments on our Square POS, including mobile and loyalty orders
• Welcome guests, share menu recommendations, and tell the Fete 'Til Dawn story
• Keep the bar, counter, and seating area clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Follow food safety and opening/closing procedures

What we're looking for

• Barista or café experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable with a busy morning rush
• Reliable and able to work early shifts starting at 6am, including weekends
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Barista – Food Hall (Morning Shift)

Type: Part-time | Pay: $15/hour | Hours: 6am to 10am

Own the breakfast rush at our food hall counter. You'll open the station, serve up hot coffee, loose leaf teas, and blended frappés to early risers, and hand things off clean and stocked at the end of your shift. Perfect for a morning person who wants a steady, short shift.

What you'll do

• Open the food hall station: set up equipment, brew coffee, and stock cups and supplies
• Prepare coffee, tea, and blended drinks to our recipes and quality standards
• Take orders and payments on our Square POS, including mobile and loyalty orders
• Keep the counter clean and work well alongside food hall neighbors and staff
• Close out the morning shift: restock, clean, and log any low supplies

What we're looking for

• Barista or café experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• A true early bird who's reliable and on time for a 6am start
• Able to work independently and keep a fast pace during the breakfast rush
• Weekend availability a plus
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Baker / Cashier – Storefront

Type: Part-time or full-time | Pay: $15/hour

You'll bring our From De Oven menu to life: cinnamon swirl buns, pastries, and our Morning Bakes like coconut baked oats, quiche, and egg bites. When the trays are out, you'll help on the counter and keep guests happy.

What you'll do

• Bake and prep pastries and oven-only breakfast items daily, following our recipes
• Manage bake schedules so the case is full at open and fresh through the day
• Track ingredient levels and flag what needs to be ordered
• Take orders and payments on our Square POS when needed
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health code standards

What we're looking for

• Baking or kitchen experience; café or bakery experience a plus
• Food handler certification, or willingness to get it before starting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes consistently
• Available for early morning shifts, including weekends
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Store Manager – Storefront

Type: Full-time | Pay: Based on experience

You'll lead the day-to-day at our first storefront and help us build it into a New Orleans favorite. You'll run the floor, support the team, and keep the numbers healthy, all while protecting the warmth and energy that make Fete 'Til Dawn feel like a fete.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations from open to close
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach the barista and baker team
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, and waste
• Track sales, labor, and costs, and report weekly to the owner
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance
• Handle guest feedback and keep service consistent
• Help plan and run in-store events, specials, and pop-ups

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of café, restaurant, or retail food management experience
• ServSafe Manager certification, or willingness to get it
• Comfortable with Square POS, scheduling tools, and basic budgeting
• A natural leader who stays calm and positive under pressure
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
